Sometimes, one day a week is all we can fit into our busy schedule. That's ok, make that time special and join us on a journey of self-discovery, fitness, and confidence-building.

• 1 class per week, add-on classes $20 each.

Our silver membership offers a decent balance between cost and rate of progression within the arts.

• Cross-train with our Gracie Jiu-Jitsu program.

The best balance between cost and benefits (especially when combined with our discounts for family, healthcare, or first-responders), this membership provides three lessons a week as well as a free private lesson once every six months to really help sharpen your skillset.

When gold just isn't enough! Platinum offers more classes a week, and twice as many private lessons as gold!
